Tell-All Book Includes Naughty Photos of a Young Bon Jovi

Yesterday, the tell-all book Sex, Drugs, and Bon Jovi became available to the world, and it contains some rather titillating photos of a young Bon Jovi. The unauthorized biography, written by former tour manager Rich Bozzett, contains pictures of Bon Jovi in bed with naked and topless models as well as a faux (?) orgy situation. TMZ has the exclusive photos here.

Bozzet acknowledges that the naughty pictures, outtakes from a publicity photo shoot during the band's "7800 Fahrenheit" tour, were not ones Bon Jovi wished to share, but that didn't stop the disgruntled tour manager from publishing them. He'd held onto the negatives for several years and apparently thought the book was the perfect way to debut the scandalous prints. Bozzett believes Bon Jovi cheated him out of millions of dollars and claims the book is "about helping other people out there who have been mistreated like I was." A spokesperson for the band has "no comment" on Bozzett's attempts to "cash in on alleged experiences he had 21 years ago."

Quite honestly, I don't find the photos all that shocking, especially for a 22-year-old rock star. Do you?

Everyone has an embarrassing family photo to two. But when Mike Bender and Doug Chernack created a website where people could feel comfortable sharing all their uncomfortable family photos, they never imagined it would become an internet sensation, much less a best selling book.

AwkwardFamilyPhotos.com receives over 15 million visitors and 6,000 submissions each month. They decided to expand on the success of the website by putting together the Awkward Family Photos book with never-before-seen snapshots and hilarious stories. In the first week out, the book is already listed as #3 on the New York Times Best Seller List.

While they'll have no problem continuing to collect material for future books, Bender and Chernack are also going to start including awkward family videos to their website.

Me-ow my eyes!

Photo essays about porn stars by Paulie & Pauline

Hardcore porn stars are people too. The new book from photographers Paulie and Pauline exhibit that idea by giving readers a glimpse into the real lives of 10 adult entertainers.

Off The Set: Porn Stars and Their Partners includes over 100 photos in addition to essays written by the stars themselves. They describe the realities of having normal relationships while performing in an abnormal profession. Some of the celebrities include Jesse Jane, Kylie Ireland, Seymore Butts, and Tera Patrick.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that "the stars are shown with their lovers and true loves, in their homes, in bed, fully dressed out on romantic dates, at the corner cafe, wherever Paulie & Pauline saw a moment between real-life lovers that came from the heart. And in the resulting photos, these moments are tangible." Penthouse Magazine says this book "treats porn seriously, and its stars shine when given the chance to exhibit all of themselves, not just the naughty bits."

But don't worry, boys. There are plenty of naughty bits shown in the photos as well. After all, it can't have porn in the title without showing a little porn. Another great reason to purchase a copy is that a portion of every sale is donated to the Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation, so you can feel good about giving to charity AND helping porn stars stay disease-free!

A U.S. writer has been awarded this year’s not-so-coveted “Bad Sex in Fiction Award” from Literary Review magazine.

Jonathan Littell, the bestselling author of a 900-page epic titled “The Kindly Ones,” took home the grand prize for a passage from the novel that compared female genitalia with various ancient Greek monsters, including “a motionless Cyclops whose single eye never blinks.”

The annual award is presented to an author who produces the worst or funniest description of sex in a modern novel. In previous years, literary greats like Tom Wolfe and Norman Mailer have received the award. More...
