In your single days how many countless hours did you spend at the gym to stay in shape, slim and attractive? We tend to work out more when we are single so that we are more physically attractive to the other sex.
Once we get married, the gym doesn’t always stay a habit. It’s easy to become complacent and ignore the waistline expansion. Some call that post wedding weight gain “ happy weight “. But, that happy weight comes with a host of issues that you may not want to invite into your happily ever after.
